FIRST STEPS IN MEDIA. MOVIES. & TV
I became a Christian in grade school at Christian summer bible camp. In high school, I rededicated my life to christ through Young Life in Illinois. At age 18, I then b-lines straight into creative self-expression. I filmed my first movie in Chicago called How Do You Like Me Now (1992). What a title for where I was in life. Long hours and nights lead to college. After gradation from Occupational Therapy, my career path pole-vaulted in several directions. The sports and health care industry gave me the ability to learn entrepreneur skills. Many doors open in christian motion pictures, performing arts, commercials, prints, voice overs, television, creative arts, Live CD/DVD voice recordings and more.

FROM THE FOUNDER
The heartbeat of Inspiring Today Ministries is Healing Hearts and Imparting Souls. An organization that seeks to build, encourage, and inspire people with the gospel of Jesus Christ through books, conferences and media. Our ministry touched the lives of many battered women and pregnant teens (2000-03). Graced with healing anointing to travel with a medical team to Casa Esperanza - House of Hope Orphanage in Guatemala (2001). Many children to young adults healed from sickness and disease, delivered and set free from bondage. Holy Spirit supernaturally healed the orphan children from cerebral palsy. The journey was a spiritual awakening to the Holy spirit healing power. My lifetime dream became reality when my feet touch the Israel soil in (2010). Our vision is to help heal beautiful souls around the world and impart divine wisdom, revelation and Holy spirit. As a former therapist, I teach health related in-depth topics from the Word of God with clarity using biblical wisdom, and revelation. I love teaching you how to apply the Holy spirit power your life. I have achieved a BA from (CLU) Christian Leadership University, A.P.C. in Pastoral Care from (F.I.T.S.) Faith International Training Seminary, A.A.S. in Occupational Therapy from South Suburban College. Achievements are life fulfilling with 30 years as a member of the National Board Certified for Occupational Therapy. Executive Counsel of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners. Texas Occupational Therapy Association, National CPR Foundation, Special Olympics Foundation, F.I.T.S. Alumni, CLU Alumni. Those milestones truly reflect the beautiful connection I feel with many people all over the world. faith over fear
I embarked on an unexpected supernatural sabbatical, spending three days in a log cabin chapel and one day in a prayer tower, where I distinctly heard God ask, "Orphanage, are you ready?" Nine months later, I found myself on a mission trip to Casa Esperanza Orphanage in Guatemala during the unforgettable events of 9/11. In 2010, I discovered my Jewish heritage in Jerusalem, Israel, and chronicled these experiences in my book, My Secret Place. At 50, God orchestrated one of the most significant moments of my life—learning to fly an airplane, a thrilling and profound experience. But the most heart-wrenching moments came in the aftermath of hurricanes Charlie, Rita, and Katrina during a mission trip. It was then that I realized how fragile life truly is and how much we depend on God and each other for goodwill and support. Unlike my earlier days as a high school journalist writing for the newspaper and yearbook, this role has been a profound learning journey. In 2004, this unique path led me to write and self-publish my first book, Cooking With The Holy Spirit. It was a journey filled with learning and many mistakes, but one that had shaped me in ways I could have never imagined today.

Inspiring Today Ministries (ITM) is a 509c3 non-prophet organization established in 2018. Dawn Ezelle has its roots in her early days as a Rehab Director, where her combination of a passion for healing, sports, and ministry.
Inspiring Today Ministries (ITM) provides community outreach to children and young adults facing challenges. With the support of our partners, we are making a significant impact on the lives of those in need. Dawn volunteered with organizations like Special Olympics, Challenger Baseball and Operation Care. Our involvement has been a supernatural blessing proving food, basic essentials, ministering, and soul winning to less fortunate in Texas, USA.
In addition to our communityoutreach; we are thrilled about our recent special projects, including the Spirit-Filled Kids YouTube channel and Jonah's Journey interactive ebook. We desire to inspire, educate, and uplift individuals of all ages, with Jonah's Journey providing a fun and educational experience for children.
