Composed of specialized cells called muscle fibers. Their predominant function is contractibility. Muscles attached to bones or internal organs and blood vessels are responsible for movement. Nearly all movement in the body is the result of muscle contraction.

Help me to continue with healthy eating and exercising habits for the rest of my life so that I have a healthy, tone, muscular and strong physical body that matches my mind and soul by the blood of Jesus in His name. Amen.

DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER,
Regeneration of ligaments and tendons is a slow process, compared with the healing of other connective tissues (e.g., bone). Healing starts from the surrounding soft tissues (“extrinsic healing”), but also from the ligament or tendon itself (“intrinsic healing”). Regeneration is poor when there is little surrounding soft tissue available. Please supernaturally grow my soft tissue where there is little surrounding tissue available. If the healing tissue is not loaded, regeneration results in unstructured scar tissue. I pray that you will supply the proper nutrients, blood cells, and oxygen to the collagen fibers, so there are no fundamental differences in the healing process between tendons and ligaments. The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights. Oh, how the joy of the Lord is my strength. Thank you, Lord, for giving me an extra measure of strength so my muscles, ligaments, and tendons will rapidly heal internally. Thank you Lord, that my body will function normally so I can walk, jog, run, and perform activities of daily living normally. As we move our bodies in prayer, we root those prayers deeply within the fiber of our being, creating a prayerful muscle memory by the blood of Jesus in His name. Amen.
Daniel 5:6 The king himself saw the hand as it wrote, and his face turned pale with fright. His knees knocked together in fear and his legs gave way beneath him.
Hebrews 4:12-13 For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable.
Colossians 2:19 and they are not connected to Christ, the head of the body. For he holds the whole body together with its joints and ligaments, and it grows as God nourishes it.

Ezekiel 37:6-8, I will put flesh and muscles on you and cover you with skin. I will put breath into you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord. So I spoke this message, just as he told me. Suddenly, as I spoke, there was a rattling noise all across the valley. The bones of each body came together and attached themselves as complete skeletons. Then, as I watched, muscles and flesh formed over the bones. Then skin formed to cover their bodies, but they still had no breath in them.
